How can I legalize my Free Sale Certificate from a foreign embassy, or obtain an apostille?
As a member of ACMA, when you create your own Free Sale Certificate (FSC) using our templates, we will evaluate it according to our requirements, and when it is approved we will re-issue the FSC from ACMA. We will arrange for the document to be certified from the required embassy within 3-7 days of approval, or obtain an apostille in 2 days.

Does the total dollar amount of my export affect the fees paid to issue my certificate?
No, it is the same charge, no matter how large the dollar value of your export.  It is common knowledge that there are some organizations in this industry that charge a percentage of the total Dollar amount of the export in fees when they issue a FSC. ACMA protects members from excess charges.

Can I save my data that I have created on ACMA's site?
Yes, in the member’s section you have your own profile where you can save your history if you choose.

After I create my FSC on your website, do I have to mail it to you for processing ?
Yes. First you have to sign your FSC and have it notarized.
Then, you have to ship it to ACMA with a prepaid return airway bill.

How long is my membership is good for?
Your membership is good for the period of one year from the date that you are approved. Renewal will be automatically on your anniversary date unless you chose to opt out in your online application.

How much does it cost to become a member?
The fee for an annual membership is $100/year.

Is my information published anywhere or shared with others?
No, all of your information is totally confidential. 

Can I have a trial period for your service before becoming and active member?
You can use our services for 30 days from the time that your membership is approved. You pay for the membership, but if you are not totally satisfied, we guarantee to refund your annual fee if you notify us in writing during these 30 days.
